Q2)Do you accept customized order?
Yes, we could do OEM and ODM, including but no limited to logo, colors, lining, etc.
Q3). How about shipment?
We have special channels of DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS, could offer good price and deliver goods soon. We also have other
transportation lines direct to destinations. Just tell us your address with post code and contact person, we will handle for you.
Q4). How about payment?
The normal payment term is 70% deposit before production, and 30% balance before shipment.
We accept T/T, Credit Card, L/C, Paypal, and Trade Assurance.
Q5). How about sample charge?
Usually sample is free, and you just need to pay for the mold charge and shipping cost.
Q6). How about lead time?
Sampling time is 5-7 working days.
Production lead time is 5-40 days, depending on stock.
